研究了连续退火温度对IF钢退火板织构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,IF钢退火板强度下降,伸长率升高,屈强比降低,塑性应变比例r值增加,加工硬化指数n值变化不明显。IF钢退火板的织构以γ织构为主。退火温度为720℃时,退火板中仍存在少量的{001}<110>织构组分,γ织构组分分布不均匀。退火温度高于760℃时,退火板中{001}<110>织构组分消失。随着退火温度的升高,γ织构组分强度增加,并且γ织构组分的均匀性增强。
The effect of continuous annealing temperature on the texture and mechanical properties of annealed IF steel sheets was studied. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the strength of IF steel annealed sheet decreases, the elongation increases, the yield ratio decreases, the plastic strain ratio r increases, and the value of work hardening index n changes insignificantly. IF steel annealing plate texture to γ texture-based. When the annealing temperature is 720 ℃, a small amount of {001} <110> texture components remain in the annealed sheet, and the γ texture components are unevenly distributed. Annealing temperature is higher than 760 ℃, annealing plate {001} <110> texture components disappear. As annealing temperature increases, the strength of the γ texture increases, and the uniformity of the γ texture increases.
