长期以来,人们对磺基水杨酸在水溶液中与金属离子的配位行为曾进行了多方面的研究,等人用稀土碳酸盐与磺基水杨酸反应,制备了组成为RE_2(HSSA)_3·nH_2O的配合物(其中HSSA~(2-)代表磺基水杨酸失去两个质子后的负二价离子;n=15-18),但认为磺基水杨酸与某些稀土离子在溶液中的配合比为1:1。本文采用了与文献报道不同的合成方法,成功地制备了稀土与磺基水杨酸配合物,并对其物理化学性质以及配合物的镇痛、镇静、解热降温等药理作用进行了深入的研究。
