分离了枇杷ASR(abscisic acid,stress and ripening-induced)cDNA全长基因EjASR1,该基因长为877bp,含有1个822bp的开放阅读框,编码241个氨基酸。EjASR1基因编码的蛋白质与荔枝、甜橙亲缘关系较近,与水稻等亲缘关系较远。荧光定量RT-PCR分析显示,EjASR1表达量随着果实发育呈上升趋势,在果实发育后期EjASR1的表达量显著高于发育前期,表明该基因与成熟相关。
EjASR1 was isolated from abscisic acid (stress and ripening-induced) cDNA of loquat, which contains 877bp open reading frame and encodes 241 amino acids. EjASR1 gene encodes the protein and lychee, sweet orange genetic relationship is relatively close, and distant genetic relationship with rice. Fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR analysis showed that the expression level of EjASR1 increased with the fruit development, and the expression level of EjASR1 in the late fruit development stage was significantly higher than that in the early development stage, indicating that the gene was related to maturation.
