目的 研究肾素 -血管紧张素系统及甾体激素对体外受精 -胚胎移植结局的影响。方法 用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂、促卵泡素、人绝经期促性腺激素、人绒毛膜促性腺激素方案控制下超排卵进行体外受精-胚胎移植治疗 53例不孕患者 ,在注hCG日及取卵前采集静脉血 ,测定血浆总肾素水平 ,血清雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮(P)、睾酮 (T)水平。结果 妊娠组注hCG日血浆总肾素水平显著高于未妊娠组 (P <0 0 5) ,E2 、P显著低于后者(P <0 0 5,P <0 0 1 )。妊娠组注hCG后 36h血浆总肾素、E2 水平均低于未妊娠组 (P均 <0 0 5) ,其余参数在两组间无显著差异。结论 注hCG日血高总肾素水平 ,注hCG 36h后低总肾素水平有助于妊娠。
Objective To investigate the effect of renin-angiotensin system and steroid hormone on outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer. Methods In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer was performed in 53 infertile patients with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist, follicle stimulating hormone, human menopausal gonadotrophin and human chorionic gonadotropin regimen under control of superovulation. On day hCG and ovulation Blood samples were taken before venous blood was collected. Total plasma renin, serum estradiol (E2), progesterone (P) and testosterone (T) levels were measured. Results The level of total renin in plasma of pregnancy group was significantly higher than that of the non-pregnant group on the day of hCG injection (P <0.05). The E2 and P levels in the pregnancy group were significantly lower than those in the non-pregnancy group (P <0.05, P <0.01). The levels of total renin and E2 in plasma of 36 h pregnant group were lower than those of non-pregnant group (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference in other parameters between the two groups. Conclusions The total renin level in blood on day hCG injection, and the total renin level after 36 h injection of hCG are helpful for pregnancy.
