目的观察二氧化氯消毒液对饮用天然矿泉水标准中新增指标微生物的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对二氧化氯杀菌效果及其影响因素进行了实验室观察。结果在清洁条件下,用浓度10 mg/L的二氧化氯消毒液作用1 min,对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌和粪链球菌的杀灭率均达到100%。在菌悬液内含有机干扰物的条件下,用浓度为50 mg/L该二氧化氯消毒液作用1 min;35 mg/L作用3 min,对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌、粪链球菌和产气荚膜梭菌杀灭率均达到100%。二氧化氯消毒剂随浓度提高或作用时间延长,均可增强杀菌效果。结论二氧化氯消毒液在较低浓度下,能有效杀灭矿泉水新增加的指标菌,有机干扰物能降低其杀菌效果。
Objective To observe the killing effect of chlorine dioxide disinfectant on newly-added indicators microorganisms in drinking natural mineral water standard. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test method was used to observe the bactericidal effect of chlorine dioxide and its influencing factors. Results Under the cleaning condition, the killing rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus faecalis reached 100% with the disinfection solution of 10 mg / L chlorine dioxide for 1 min. In the bacterial suspension containing organic interference under the conditions of the concentration of 50 mg / L of the chlorine dioxide disinfectant for 1 min; 35 mg / L for 3 min, the suspension of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, fecal chain Cocci and Clostridium perfringens kill rate reached 100%. Chlorine dioxide disinfectant with increasing concentration or prolonged role, can enhance the bactericidal effect. Conclusions Chlorine dioxide disinfectant can effectively kill the newly increased indicator bacteria in mineral water at lower concentration, and organic interferences can reduce its bactericidal effect.
