Cefixime(代号FK027、FR17027和CL284635)是一种口服有效的广谱氨噻唑基头孢菌素,属这一类的头孢菌素还有头孢唑肟(Ceftizoxime)和头孢噻肟(Cefotaxim-e),它们的结构见图1。
Cefixime (codes FK027, FR17027 and CL284635) is an orally available broad spectrum aminothiazole cephalosporin, cephalosporins of this class as well as Ceftizoxime and Cefotaxim-e, Their structure is shown in Figure 1.
