不同氮素水平对彩椒几项生理指标及活性氧清除系统的影响

对无土栽培温室彩椒进行2.5、5.0、10.0(CK)、15.0、20.0μmol/L(以下用N2.5、N5.0、N10.0、N15.0和N20.0表示)5个不同水平的氮素处理,测定几项生理指标(电解质渗透率、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛含量)及活性氧清除系统(还原型谷胱甘肽、抗坏血酸含量、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶及过氧化物酶活性)等参数指标,为彩椒的无土栽培管理技术提供较为科学的参考依据。结果表明:氮素5.0~15.0μmol/L浓度范围内,还原型谷胱甘肽、抗坏血酸含量及抗氧化酶活性较高,电解质渗透率、丙二醛含量较低且均以N15.0处理的表现最高(即植株抗氧化能力最强);其次是N10.0和N5.0处理;N2.5处理的最低,表明该水平处理的植株抗氧化能力最差;而当施氮量为2.5μmol/L或20.0μmol/L时,植株均生长不良、产量及植物膜的完整性降低、体内抗氧化物质含量低且膜质过氧化程度加剧。 The soilless cultivated greenhouse pepper was subjected to 2.5,5.0,10.0 (CK), 15.0,20.0μmol / L (hereinafter referred to as N2.5, N5.0, N10.0, N15.0 and N20.0) Level of nitrogen treatment, the determination of several physiological indicators (electrolyte permeability, soluble sugar, proline, soluble protein, malondialdehyde content) and active oxygen scavenging system (reduced glutathione, ascorbic acid content, hydrogen peroxide Enzymes, superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activity) and other parameters, for the pepper soilless culture management technology to provide a more scientific reference. When the nitrogen application rate was 2.5 μmol / L or 20.0μmol / L, the plants all grew badly, the yield and the integrity of the plant membrane decreased, the content of antioxidants in the body was low and the degree of membranous hyperoxidation increased.
