目的了解气态二氧化氯消毒剂的急性吸入毒性,为亚急性毒性试验提供依据。方法采用寇氏法,在静式染毒柜内进行了动物急性吸入毒性试验。结果经二氧化氯气态消毒剂染毒后,604.9 mg/m3和430.1 mg/m3剂量组部分试验动物染毒后1 h死亡,305.8 mg/m3和217.5mg/m3剂量组部分试验动物染毒后48 h死亡,解剖死亡动物可见肺部充血;154.6 mg/m3剂量组试验动物未出现死亡。存活试验动物染毒一周后恢复正常体态。二氧化氯气态消毒剂对大鼠急性吸入毒性LC50值为415.7 mg/m3。结论该二氧化氯气态消毒剂对呼吸系统有较强刺激作用,属于中等毒性,日常使用要做好防护,避免直接吸入。
Objective To understand the acute inhalation toxicity of gaseous chlorine dioxide disinfectant and provide the basis for subacute toxicity test. Methods Kou’s method was used to study the acute inhalation toxicity of animals in a static cabinet. Results After the gaseous chlorine dioxide disinfectant was disinfected, some test animals in the 604.9 mg / m3 and 430.1 mg / m3 dose groups died 1 h after exposure to the doses of 305.8 mg / m3 and 217.5 mg / m3. 48 h died, anatomical death of animals showed pulmonary congestion; 154.6 mg / m3 dose group of test animals did not die. Survival animals returned to normal after a week of exposure. Chlorine dioxide gaseous disinfectant acute inhalation toxicity LC50 value of 415.7 mg / m3. Conclusion The gaseous chlorine dioxide disinfectant has a strong stimulating effect on the respiratory system, which belongs to moderate toxicity. Daily use should be well protected from direct inhalation.
