近数十年来,中耳乳突手术,由于应用现代X线和显微外科技术,增加了新的内容,过去视为畏途的某些手术,现在得到开展。同样在基层医院也有不同程度的发展,治愈了不少急重病人和增加了耳聋病人的复聪机会。然而,手术损伤面神经并不少见,Mie-hlke报告仍占0.6～3.7％,几乎每个医院都遇到,我们在15年内共遇10例,现将手术损伤的有关问题总结如下。
In recent decades, the mastoid process of the middle ear has been augmented by the application of modern X-ray and microsurgical techniques, and some of the surgeries that used to be awe of the past have now been carried out.
