对31位大学英语教师自主能力的问卷结果表明,大多数教师对课程目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果、课堂设计等过程的设定、选择和控制具有较强的能力,但对其监控、反思、评判和调节的能力,相对薄弱。本文就如何在教师元认知理论下提升大学英语教师对自我教学过程和教学行为的监控、反思、评判和调节能力,进而全方位提升自主能力提出建议。
The results of the questionnaire survey on the self-determination ability of 31 college English teachers show that most teachers have strong ability to set, select and control the course objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching effects and classroom design. However, The ability to reflect, judge, and regulate is relatively weak. This article puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the monitoring, reflection, judgment and adjustment of college English teachers’ self-teaching process and teaching behavior under the teacher’s theory of metacognition.
