论述了长庆石油勘探局在油气井固井过程中存在的主要生产难题———水泥返高不足和注水泥井段胶结质量不理想;分析了影响固井质量的主要因素———水泥浆体系质量较差、井漏、长裸眼井段顶替效率不高、水泥浆凝结过程中油气水侵;提出了提高全井封固质量的技术对策、提高天然气井注水泥质量的主要工艺技术以及套管防腐技术。这套技术大幅度提高了低压易漏井段和油气水活跃产层的注水泥质量,油气层合格率由攻关前的80%提高到99%;油气井优质率分别达到78.1%和77.7%以上。不但为简化井身结构开发方案提供了技术保障,而且为低压易漏长封固井段提高注水泥质量提供了宝贵经验。
Discusses the main production problems existing in cementing process of oil and gas wells in Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau --- insufficient cement return height and unsatisfactory cementation quality in injection well section; analyzes the main factors affecting cementing quality --- cement slurry The system quality is poor, the efficiency of displacement of long well hole section is not high, and the oil and gas water invasion during the process of cement slurry coagulation; the technical countermeasures of improving the sealing quality of the whole well, the main process technology of improving cement quality of natural gas well, Pipe anti-corrosion technology. The technology greatly improved the quality of cement injected into the low-pressure easy-to-leak section and the active production layer of oil-gas and water. The qualification rate of the oil-gas formation increased from 80% before the research to 99%; the high-quality oil and gas wells achieved 78.1% and 77% respectively .7% or more. It not only provides technical support for simplifying the well structure development plan, but also provides valuable experience for improving the quality of cement injection in the low-pressure, easy-sealing and long-distance sealing section.
