9月27日上午,南水北调中线一期穿黄工程开工仪式隆重举行。国务院南水北调办公室副主任宁远、水利部副部长矫勇、河南省省委常委常务副省长王明义、省长助理刘其文等领导出席了开工仪式。南水北调中线穿黄工程位于河南省郑州市京广铁路桥以西约30km 处,于孤柏山湾横穿黄河。工程南岸起自荥阳市王村化肥厂南的 A 点,终点为温县南张羌乡马庄东的S点,总长19.30km。
On the morning of September 27, the first phase of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route project to kick off the Yellow River project was held ceremoniously. Ning Yuan, deputy director of the Office of South-North Water Diversion under the State Council, Jiao Yong, vice minister of Ministry of Water Resources, Wang Mingyi, executive vice governor of Henan Provincial Party Committee, and Liu Qwen, assistant to provincial governor attended the launching ceremony. The Yellow River Crossing Project of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project is located at about 30km west of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway Bridge in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. It crosses the Yellow River in Gushan Bay. South of the project from Leiyang City Wangcun fertilizer plant south of point A, the end of Wen County South Zhang Qiang Township Ma Zhuang East S point, the total length of 19.30km.
