本文给出了圆形、扁圆形、矩形外壳三者在引伸上的关系,并阐述了扁圆形外壳引伸的基本规律。同时研究了扁圆形外壳的引伸工艺计算,包括各种毛坯形状的选用图表、各种过渡形状的计算公式以及有一定使用价值的经验数据。所有这些主要适用于小型外壳,它的范围是: A<50、B<20、H<70,料厚为0.3~0.8的铝、铜、黄铜等软材料。本文系中国电子学会生产技术学会工装设计与制造专业学组首届年会的宣读论文,并经编者整理和修改。
In this paper, the relationship between circular, oblate circular and rectangular shell on the extension is given, and the basic law of the extension of the oblate shell is expounded. At the same time, the calculation of the extension process of the flat circular shell was studied, including the selection charts of various blank shapes, the formulas of various transition shapes and the empirical data with some use values. All of these are mainly suitable for small enclosures, and their range is: A <50, B <20, H <70, material thickness of 0.3 to 0.8 aluminum, copper, brass and other soft materials.
