大龄儿童先天性髋关节脱位的治疗是矫形外科所面临的难题之一,采用传统方法手术中发现髋臼全部被结缔组织充填,且臼窝浅小,股骨头发育小,加之股骨干颈干角、前倾角的改变、骨盆倾斜及脊柱侧弯等情况。给临床处理带来很大困难。我院自2000年以来共收治大龄先天性髋关节脱位患者21例,均行综合性手术治疗,疗效明显,现报告如下。
