电信服务分类管理是在我国电信业务迅速发展、迅速壮大的基础上,借鉴国外电信服务管理的先进经验,结合我国实际国情提出的创新的管理模式。它符合我国电信业发展形势、具有很强的科学性和操作性,对电信管理的发展具有积极意义。但是,目前电信服务分类管理还处在发展阶段,操作中还存在一些问题需要进一步的分析、研究、解决,管理模式需要进一步的完善和规范,使之能更好地提高电信服务的水平,提升电信企业形象。
Telecommunication service classification management is based on the rapid development and rapid growth of telecom services in our country, drawing on the advanced experience of foreign telecom service management and combining with the innovative management mode proposed by China’s actual national conditions. It is in line with the development of China’s telecom industry, with strong scientific and operational, the development of telecommunications management has a positive meaning. However, at present, the classification management of telecommunication services is still in the developing stage. There are still some problems in the operation that need further analysis. Research, solution and management modes need to be further perfected and standardized so as to better improve the level of telecommunication services and upgrade Telecom corporate image.
