工程管理流程对提高经济效益意义重大。通过分析工程管理流程对企业盈利的影响,构建了多向主从式三级工程管理流程链,并定量分析了工程管理流程对合作利润分配机制的促进和影响,进而实现对工程管理流程优化对盈利影响的定量分析。研究结果也证实了这样的观点。
