房地产经济牵涉家具、建材、电器、装饰、建筑、金融等产业,是国民经济的重要基石。将房地产经济波动控制在一定范围内,保障房地产产业稳健发展,对我国经济发展具有重要意义。事实表明,影响房地产经济波动的现实性因素较多,如土地、市场、金融与政策等因素,这些因素综合作用于房地产经济发展态势,对其发展形势构成影响。鉴于此,本文主要分析房地产经济波动的影响因素及应对策略。
The real estate economy involves furniture, building materials, electrical appliances, decoration, construction, finance and other industries and is an important cornerstone of the national economy. The fluctuation of the real estate economy will be controlled within a certain range and the stable development of the real estate industry will be guaranteed, which is of great significance to the economic development of our country. The facts show that there are many realistic factors that affect the real estate economy, such as land, markets, finance and policies. These factors all play a part in the real estate economic development and have an impact on its development. In view of this, this article mainly analyzes the influencing factors and countermeasures of real estate economic fluctuations.
