H-1细小病毒感染大鼠神经胶质瘤细胞C6机制的初步探讨

目的探讨H-1细小病毒感染大鼠神经胶质瘤细胞C6后细胞因子水平的变化。方法取感染C6细胞后不同时间点的H-1细小病毒,同时取相同时间点的正常C6细胞,采用ELISA方法检测同时检测TNFα、IL-6、TGF-β1和IL-17A的表达水平。结果正常C6细胞中TNF-α、TGF-β1和IL-17A的浓度随培养时间增长而提高,IL-6浓度无明显变化;H-1细小病毒感染的C6细胞中TNF-α、TGF-β1和IL-17A浓度无明显变化,而IL-6浓度随感染时间推移而显著增加。结论 H-1细小病毒感染导致C6细胞中细胞因子表达水平的变化。 Objective To investigate the changes of cytokines in C6 glioma cells infected by H-1 parvovirus. Methods H-1 parvovirus at different time points after infection of C6 cells was collected. At the same time, normal C6 cells were collected at the same time point. The expression of TNFα, IL-6, TGF-β1 and IL-17A were detected by ELISA. Results The concentration of TNF-α, TGF-β1 and IL-17A in normal C6 cells increased with the increase of culture time without any significant change in the concentration of IL-6. The expression of TNF-α and TGF-β1 in C6 cells infected by H-1 parvovirus And IL-17A concentration did not change significantly, while IL-6 concentration increased significantly with the passage of time. Conclusions H-1 parvovirus infection causes changes in the expression of cytokines in C6 cells.
