目的:探讨端粒酶活性在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其作为NSCLC肿瘤标记物和治疗靶点的可能性。方法:采用端粒重复扩增法(TRAP)研究了74例NSCLC组织及周围非癌组织、10例肺良性病变组织端粒酶活性表达。结果:74例NSCLC组织69例(93.24%)有端粒酶活性表达,74例周围非癌组织有9例(12.16%)表达阳性,10例良性病变中2例(20.00%)表达阳性,而相应的病变旁正常组织无端粒酶活性表达,端粒酶活性表达率与肿瘤组织类型、分化程度、肿瘤大小、病理分期无明显相关性。结论:端粒酶活性较普遍存在于NSCLC中,有可能成为NSCLC诊断和判断疗效的标记物和治疗新靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression of telomerase activity in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its potential as a tumor marker and therapeutic target for NSCLC. Methods: Telomerase repeat amplification (TRAP) was used to study the expression of telomerase activity in 74 NSCLC tissues, non-cancerous tissues and 10 benign lung lesions. Results: The expression of telomerase activity was detected in 69 cases (93.24%) of 74 cases of NSCLC tissues, 9 cases (12.16%) in 74 cases of non-cancerous tissues, and 2 cases of benign lesions %), While the expression of telomerase activity was not found in normal tissue adjacent to the corresponding lesion. There was no significant correlation between the expression of telomerase activity and tumor type, differentiation, tumor size and pathological stage. Conclusion: Telomerase activity is more common in NSCLC and may become a new marker for the diagnosis and diagnosis of NSCLC.
