Talents training is no longer a strange concept and terminology for people living in conditions of a modern market economy. In today’s western developed-country business community, the popular philosophy is that the best benefits a company or organization can bestow upon its employees are complete and adequate training. Social existence determines the sense of thinking. Behind this concept, what we see is the advanced and perfect training and learning mechanism of enterprises in the western developed countries.
