本实验表明注射厌氧棒菌菌苗(简称CP菌苗)对正常小鼠多向造血干细胞(CFU-S)和粒巨噬系祖细胞(CFU-GM)的增殖均有明显的促进作用,此外CP菌苗对受750rad照射小鼠的骨髓干细胞也有明显的保护作用。实验中又观察到注射CP菌苗组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能明显增高。
This experiment shows that the injection of anaerobic bacilli (CP vaccine) can significantly promote the proliferation of normal murine multi-directional hematopoietic stem cells (CFU-S) and granulocyte macrophage-derived progenitor cells (CFU-GM) In addition, the CP vaccine also had a significant protective effect on bone marrow stem cells irradiated by 750rad irradiated mice. The experiment also observed that CP pharyngeal macrophage phagocytosis was significantly increased.
