本文着重从磁场对微循环、血象和生物电等方面的影响来阐述磁场对创伤愈合作用的机理,为临床应用磁场提供一定的理论依据。实脸结果证明,磁场能使创伤小鼠耳廓各类微血管扩张、血流速度加快、加速红细胞聚集和白细胞翻滚的病理现象的消失,并随着炎症的消失,使白细胞降至正常水平和损伤电位消失加快;中枢神经生物电波幅值降低,波率减少等良好的效果。充分说明磁场不仅能改善微循环,加速物质交换,为创伤愈合提供充分的物质基础;而且能提高神经和神经体液调节机能,从而全面促进伤口的愈合。
This article focuses on the effect of magnetic field on microcirculation, blood and bioelectricity to elaborate the mechanism of magnetic field on wound healing and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of magnetic field. The real-life results demonstrate that the magnetic field can cause the disappearance of various micro-vessels, rapid blood flow, accelerating erythrocyte aggregation, and white blood cell tumbling in the auricle of traumatic mice, and as the inflammation disappears, the white blood cells drop to normal levels and damage. The disappearance of potential disappears; the amplitude of central biological biological waves decreases, and the wave rate decreases. It is fully demonstrated that the magnetic field can not only improve the microcirculation, accelerate the exchange of substances, and provide a sufficient material basis for wound healing, but also can improve the regulating function of nerve and nerve body fluids, thereby comprehensively promoting wound healing.
