目的分析快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪测定血糖的差异性,旨在为临床提供有价值的参考依据。方法 120例需进行血糖测定的患者为研究对象,均分别采用快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪检测空腹血糖值和口服葡萄糖2 h后的血糖值,比较两种方法检测结果的差异。结果快速血糖仪测得120例患者空腹血糖平均值(7.2±1.8)mmol/L,口服葡萄糖2 h后的血糖平均值(10.9±1.9)mmol/L;全自动生化分析仪测得120例患者空腹血糖平均值(7.4±2.4)mmol/L,口服葡萄糖2 h后的血糖平均值(11.2±2.0)mmol/L。快速血糖仪检测血糖值结果较全自动生化分析仪检查结果略低,但两种方法测得空腹血糖值及口服葡萄糖2 h后的血糖值比较差异均无统计学意义(t=0.7303、1.1913,P=0.4659、0.2347>0.05)。结论快速血糖仪检测具有方便快捷、操作简单易行、体积小、血样随测随采、测定速度快等优点,是临床上、家庭日常里值得肯定的检测方式;对于病情不紧急的特殊病例可采用全自动生化分析仪测定,过程中注意在采集血样后第一时间送至检验,以提升其准确性。
Objective To analyze the difference of blood glucose between rapid glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer, and to provide valuable reference for clinical application. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing blood glucose test were selected as study subjects. Fasting blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer were used to detect the fasting blood glucose level and the blood glucose level after oral glucose administration for 2 hours respectively. The differences between the two methods were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose meter measured the average fasting blood glucose (7.2 ± 1.8) mmol / L in 120 patients and the mean blood glucose (10.9 ± 1.9) mmol / L after oral glucose administration for 2 hours. In the 120 automatic blood biochemical analyzers, The average fasting blood glucose (7.4 ± 2.4) mmol / L, mean blood glucose after oral glucose 2 h (11.2 ± 2.0) mmol / L. Fast blood glucose meter test results of blood glucose test results compared with automatic biochemical analyzer slightly lower, but the two methods measured fasting blood glucose levels and oral glucose 2 h after the blood glucose values were no significant difference (t = 0.7303,1.1913, P = 0.4659,0.2347> 0.05). Conclusion The rapid blood glucose meter has the advantages of being convenient and quick, simple and easy to operate, small in size, easy to measure, easy to operate, quick to measure the blood sample, and so on.
