专记是就某一个专题展开深入记述的一种形式。它是纪事本末体在二轮志书中的具体运用,是修志适应时代发展需要的产物。专记的内容应是本区域内独有的,具有地方特色的大事、要事、新事。它是在志书体例的允许范围内,充分地利用背景资料、概括性资料和典型资料,着重记述一特定事物在本区域内发生、发展和演进的过程,以展示改革开放以来所表现出来的地情特色和时代特征。下面就从专记设置的可行性、专记编写的内容、要点和注意的问题谈点初浅的看法。
