武进金融大厦是一幢上部结构高差悬殊、下部大面积地下室不设缝的复杂高层建筑,设计采用桩筏基础,桩基为预应力高强混凝土PHC管桩,纯地下室部分PHC管桩兼作抗拔桩。为减小上部高差悬殊引起的不均匀沉降,结构设计时采用了变刚度调平设计方法。计算表明,该方法能有效调整桩筏基础的不均匀沉降。通过对连廊节点采用GPZ盆式橡胶隔震支座,弱化主塔楼与裙房的连接,使上部结构单元变得简单规则。结构计算表明,结构振型、层间位移角、承载力均满足规范要求。裙房大跨度屋盖采用了后张有粘接预应力混凝土井字梁楼盖结构,设计时考虑了次弯矩的影响。
Wujin Financial Building is a complex high-rise building with a high level of difference in the height of the superstructure and a large basement without seams. Structural calculations show that the structural mode shape, displacement angle between layers, and bearing capacity all meet the specification requirements. The long span roof of the podium adopts the post-tensioned prestressed concrete vault beam floor structure, and the influence of the secondary bending moment is considered in the design.
