目的 :探讨两种金瓷接镶方式对金瓷体切缘瓷抗折力和折裂方式的影响。方法 :采用金瓷垂直接镶和斜边接镶各制作 15个前牙金瓷冠 ,分别测定其切缘中点垂直受力时的抗折力 ,并观察瓷折裂方式。结果 :金瓷垂直接镶和斜边接镶的前牙金瓷冠切缘瓷抗折力分别为 12 2kg和 10 6kg ,两者有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 1)。后者有 4例出现切角瓷斜折 ,而前者无一例出现。结论 :前牙金瓷冠舌面金瓷垂直接镶比斜边接镶有更高的切缘瓷抗折力 ,能预防和减少切角瓷折裂。
Objective: To investigate the effect of two kinds of gold porcelain joint plating method on the fracture resistance and fracture of porcelain porcelain body. Methods: The porcelain crowns with 15 anterior teeth were made by vertical porcelain insert and oblique bevel insert, respectively. The bending force at the midpoint of the cut edge was measured and the mode of porcelain fracture was observed. Results: The anti-fracture force of porcelain-fused-to-porcelain crown porcelain with vertical porcelain insert and bevel insert porcelain was 12 2kg and 106kg, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01). In the latter 4 cases, there was a diagonal cut of the cut corner porcelain, while no one appeared in the former. CONCLUSION: The vertical porcelain-gold porcelain face of the anterior dental porcelain crown has a higher cut-off porcelain anti-crease force than that of the bevel edge, which can prevent and reduce the porcelain fracture.
