上海锅炉厂生产的UP炉由于管径细,混合级数多,不适合带中间负荷滑压运行。且炉膛周界受水冷壁重量流速的限制,使其对煤种的适应性亦受到限制。鉴于上述问题,本文就UP炉的改进问题,从炉膛水冷壁角系数的计算分析开始,探讨UP炉采用变节距水冷壁对于滑压运行的可能性。论述了变节距水冷壁可能存在的优缺点。
Shanghai boiler plant production UP furnace due to the fine diameter, the mixing of multi-stage, not suitable for medium-load sliding operation. Moreover, the perimeter of the furnace is limited by the weight flow rate of the water wall, which limits its adaptability to coal. In view of the above problems, this paper on the improvement of UP furnace, starting from the calculation and analysis of the furnace wall water wall angle coefficient, explores the possibility of using variable pitch water wall for the sliding pressure operation of the UP furnace. The advantages and disadvantages of variable pitch water wall are discussed.
