目的:了解我院2007～2008年活血益气类中药注射剂的使用情况。方法:从我院药品计算机管理系统中提取活血益气类中药注射剂的品种、使用金额、计算用药频度(DDDs)并进行回顾性统计。结果:我院2007～2008年活血益气类中药注射剂的使用金额分别为323.37万元,359.39万元;活血益气类中药注射剂分别占全部中药注射剂总金额的73.08%,64.61%,远高于其他类中药注射剂的总额。结论:我院各年度活血益气类中药注射剂的使用情况基本稳定,临床应用多倾向选择质优价廉的品种,我院活血益气类中药注射剂的应用基本合理。
Objective: To understand the use of traditional Chinese medicine injection for promoting blood circulation and Qi type in our hospital from 2007 to 2008. Methods: The types of the blood-invigorating and invigorating Chinese medicine injections, the amount of use, and the frequency of drug use (DDDs) were extracted from our hospital’s drug computer management system and retrospectively analyzed. Results: The amount of use of Huoxue Yiqi type Chinese medicine injection in our hospital from 2007 to 2008 were respectively 3,233,700 yuan and 3,539,900 yuan; the injection of Huoxue Yiqi type Chinese medicine respectively accounted for 73.08% and 64.61% of the total amount of all traditional Chinese medicine injections, which was much higher than that. The total amount of other types of Chinese medicine injections. Conclusion: The usage of Huoxue Yiqi Chinese medicine injection in our hospital is basically stable in all years. The clinical application tends to choose the varieties with high quality and low price. The application of Huoxue Yiqi type Chinese medicine injection in our hospital is basically reasonable.
