观察螺旋藻(Spirulina)对运动大鼠肾组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明,运动使肾组织LPO浓度升高和SOD活性降低;螺旋藻可缓解LPO的升高和SOD活性的下降,提示其可能有抗运动性肾损伤的作用。
To observe the effects of Spirulina on the activities of lipid peroxides (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the kidney of exercise-induced rats. The results showed that exercise increased the concentration of LPO in renal tissue and decreased the activity of SOD. Spirulina could alleviate the increase of LPO and the decrease of SOD activity, suggesting that it may have anti-exercise-induced renal injury.
