随着篮球技术的不断发展,竞技篮球朝着更高、更快、更全面、对抗性更强的方向发展,争夺空间优势逐渐成为篮球运动制胜的关键,因此运动员弹跳能力的训练,成为篮球运动训练的重要课题。所谓弹跳力是神经肌肉系统在触地前瞬间被拉长,后在自动(触地)转化为缩短的过程中,以很高的加速度向相反方向运动使身体产生跃起的能力。本文主要通过对篮球运动员弹跳力训练方法的介绍,以期能够对广大篮球运动员和教练员有所帮助。
