在汽车变速器的各种齿轮加工中,有一种如图1的中凸齿轮。这种齿轮的加工一直是个难关,不易解决。我厂为加工这种齿轮曾采用过多种方法,均未达到满意的效果现我们经过多次试验采用了一种限位、报警、操作的滚齿加工工艺,收到了良好效果,使加工出来的产品达到了图纸要求。根据图纸的要求首先计算出中间凸齿与两端齿的M值(如图2)。然后按图3所示,计算系数x:
