发展了一种新型侧喷挡板式雾化喷油杆,使用Malvern激光粒度仪,对其在横向气流中所形成的雾场进行测量,获得其雾化特性参数.分析了初始雾化过程和雾场结构,初步研究了油压、气流速度以及喷油杆几何结构对喷雾特性的影响.研究结果对于该型喷油雾化方式的应用研究以及数值计算有着重要的意义.
A new side-blown aerosol spray bar was developed, and the fog field formed in the transverse airflow was measured by Malvern laser particle sizer to obtain the atomization parameters.The initial atomization process and The structure of the fog field and the influence of the oil pressure, the air velocity and the geometric structure of the fuel injection rod on the spray characteristics were studied preliminarily.The research results are of great significance for the application research and numerical calculation of this type of fuel injection atomization.
