中国农业机械学会于1964年11月10—19日在太原召开了全国农业机械运用修理学术会议。参加会议的有来自全国各有关单位的代表80人。会议收到论文122篇,其中运用方面有67篇,修理方面有47篇,区划方面有8篇,其中绝大部分是青年科学技术工作者经过深入生产实践和科学研究实践总结出来的,内容都与当前农业生产有着密切的联系。会议首先讨论科学技术人员的革命化问题,然后总结几年来在农机运用修理工作中取得的经验, China Agricultural Machinery Society in November 19, 1964 in Taiyuan, held a national agricultural machinery repair conference.
