根据薄板大挠度理论,建立了突跳式双金属碟片的温度-突跳理论模型,得出了临界突跳条件和突跳温度,给出了双金属碟片上温度-应力分布的表达式.并根据此理论,利用计算机进行了数据模拟,从其数据结果上,可以观察出突跳过程从而解决了双金属圆形碟片设计的关键问题.
According to the theory of large deflection of sheet metal, the temperature-sudden jump model of the sudden jump bimetallic disc is established, and the critical sudden jump condition and sudden jump temperature are obtained. The expression of temperature-stress distribution on bimetallic disc is given . According to this theory, computer simulation was performed. From the data results, the sudden jump process was observed, which solved the key problem of bimetallic disc design.
