乳铁蛋白是长约80 kDa的糖基化蛋白，具有抗菌、抗病毒、免疫调节、促生长等功能。肠道屏障对机体健康有重要影响。文章从乳铁蛋白对仔猪肠道微生物的影响、抵御病原微生物的入侵、肠道结构的改善、肠道免疫的调节等方面介绍其对肠道屏障功能的影响。
