目的探讨Bcl-2和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及与临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组化染色方法检测80例NSCLC和20例正常肺组织中Bcl-2和VEGF的表达。结果NSCLC组织中VEGF和Bcl-2阳性表达率显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.01);VEGF和Bcl-2的表达在高、中和低分化肺癌组间比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与肺癌TNM分期组间比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.05);VEGF的表达在有淋巴结转移组显著高于无淋巴结转移组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);而Bcl-2在有淋巴结转移组和无淋巴结转移组间的表达无差异性(P>0.05)。VEGF、Bcl-2的表达与患者的年龄、性别、组织学类型差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论VEGF和Bcl-2的高表达可能与NSCLC的发生发展有关,两种基因蛋白产物的检测对肺癌患者的诊治和预后评估有积极意义,
Objective To investigate the expression of Bcl-2 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and VEGF in 80 cases of NSCLC and 20 cases of normal lung tissue. Results The positive rates of VEGF and Bcl-2 in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than those in normal lung tissues (P <0.01). The expressions of VEGF and Bcl-2 in NSCLC tissues were significantly different between high and low grade lung cancer groups (P < 0.05). There was also a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The expression of VEGF was significantly higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) 2 There was no difference between the groups with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of VEGF and Bcl-2 between the patients and the age, sex and histological type (P> 0.05). Conclusions The high expression of VEGF and Bcl-2 may be related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC. The detection of two gene protein products has positive significance in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of patients with lung cancer.
