目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年逆行性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例老年逆行性牙髓炎患者随机分为2组,各60例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服玉女煎。比较2组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:总有效率观察组为96.7%,对照组为83.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为1.7%,对照组为13.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年逆行性牙髓炎临床疗效显著,且不良反应少。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of senile retrogressive pulpitis. Methods: 120 elderly patients with retrogressive pulpitis were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases each. Control group routine western medicine treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the treatment plus jade female fried. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 96.7% in the observation group and 83.3% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.7% in the observation group and 13.3% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of senile retroversion pulpitis is remarkable with less adverse reactions.
