混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR)可定量反映个体间组织相容性抗原遗传型的差异程度,亦可检测淋巴细胞的反应能力。目前已被广泛用于组织配型,免疫耐受和免疫活性细胞及其亚群之间的相互关系等方面的研究。由于小鼠的遗传型可经基因重组的方式加以改造,培育出具有一定遗传型的近交系小鼠,因而小鼠MLR常用为研究移植免疫的一种实验方法。MLR的测定通常以氚标记的胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)掺入量作为指标。
The mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) can quantitatively reflect the degree of genetic differentiation of histocompatibility antigens between individuals, as well as the ability of lymphocytes to respond. Has been widely used in tissue matching, immune tolerance and immunocompetent cells and their relationship between the sub-groups and so on. Because the genetic model of mice can be modified by genetic recombination to breed inbred mice with a certain genetic type, mouse MLR is commonly used as an experimental method for studying transplantation immunity. Determination of MLR is usually tritiated thymidine (~ 3H-TdR) incorporation as an indicator.
