观察了肩胛上神经的起点、行程、分支及与周围结构的关系,测量了其长度、横径。确定了肩胛上神经三个固定点(起点、肩胛上切迹、岗盂切迹)的体表投影。观察、讨论了肩胛上神经的动态解剖及肩胛上神经综合征的发病机理。凡能引起肩胛骨向外、下或脊柱的旋转,同时超过正常幅度的运动,最易损伤肩胛上神经及其分支,产生肩胛上神经综合征。
The relationship between the start point, the stroke, the branch and the surrounding structures of the suprascapular nerve was observed and its length and transverse diameter were measured. Determine the three suprascapular nerve fixed point (starting point, suprascapular notch, meridian notch) of the body surface projection. Observed and discussed the dynamic anatomy of suprascapular nerve and the pathogenesis of suprascapular nerve syndrome. Where the scapula can cause outwards, or spine rotation, at the same time more than the normal range of motion, most likely to damage the suprascapular nerve and its branches, resulting in suprascapular nerve syndrome.
