涂层硬质合金的质量检验,目前仍以金相检验方法比较迅速有效.它不仅可以观察涂层的厚度、组织和涂层与基体的结合情况,还可以观察过渡层的宽度和连续性,以及涂层缺陷等.因此,目前国内外都以金相检验方法作为检验涂层硬质合金质量的主要方法.本文认为按下述方法检验硬质合金材料可以收到满意的效果.
The quality inspection of the coated cemented carbide is still relatively quick and effective with the metallographic examination method.It not only can observe the thickness of the coating, the combination of the microstructure and the coating and the substrate, but also observe the width and continuity of the transitional layer, As well as the coating defects, etc. Therefore, the metallographic examination method at home and abroad is used as the main method to test the quality of the coated cemented carbide.This paper considers that the cemented carbide material can be tested to the following satisfactory results.
