北京饭店工程指挥部在北京市委、北京市建工局的领导下,和吉林省、北京市有关单位协作,遵照毛主席关于“自力更生”的教导,发展了国内“松动爆破”的经验,在严格控制飞石、声响和震动,不损害工地周围稠密的建筑物、不危及行人和过往车辆安全的情况下,用爆破技术成功地拆除了一座钢筋混凝土地下室,总拆除量共1600米,取得了较好的爆破经验。这对改建城市、扩建工厂、更新设备等施工工程具有推广意义。
