兴趣是人类认知事物和从事各项活动的心理倾向。在旧的传统的体育发展思想指导下,体育教师往往不考虑学生的基础优劣,不考虑学生的个体差异,采用“填鸭式、满堂灌”的方式,这种单调的学习方式压抑了学生的兴趣爱好,学习积极性不高。本文试图根据中学生学习体育的兴趣特点,从精心设计导入、利用体育游戏、创设教学情境、建立和谐关系等四个方面来探讨如何激发学生学习体育的兴趣,提高学校体育课的教学质量。
Interest is the psychological tendency of human cognition and engaging in various activities. Under the guidance of the old traditional sports development theory, PE teachers often do not consider the students’ basic strengths and weaknesses, and do not consider the individual differences of students, adopting the way of “spoon-feeding, full-circle irrigation”. This monotonous learning mode depresses the students Hobbies, learning enthusiasm is not high. This article attempts to explore how to arouse the interest of students in physical education and improve the quality of physical education in school according to the characteristics of middle school students’ interest in learning physical education, elaborate design and introduction, utilization of sports games, creation of teaching situations and establishment of harmonious relations.
