换热器是用来使热量从热流体传递到冷流体、以满足规定的工艺要求的装置。换热器是热能利用中最常见的设备,在工业生产和日常生活的各个领域里有着非常广泛的应用。热能利用技术的深入发展,要求换热器向着节能、省材和高效的方向发展。传统的设计方法已经不能适应这种新的要求,换热器的优化设计方法越来越受到人们的高度重视。 本文研究汽—水型换热器的优化设计问题。文中通过实际换热器的计算分析,表明了优化设计能够节约能源、节省材料。本文的计算方法对于其它类型的换热器的优化设计也是适用的。
Heat exchangers are devices used to transfer heat from a hot fluid to a cold fluid to meet specified process requirements. Heat exchangers are the most common equipment used in thermal energy and have a very wide range of applications in all areas of industrial production and daily life. The further development of thermal energy utilization technology requires the development of heat exchangers in the direction of energy saving, material saving and high efficiency. The traditional design methods can no longer meet the new requirements. The optimal design of heat exchangers is paid more and more attention by people. In this paper, the optimal design of steam-water heat exchangers is studied. In this paper, the actual heat exchanger calculation and analysis shows that the optimal design can save energy and save material. The calculation method in this paper is also suitable for the optimization design of other types of heat exchangers.
