目的:对栝楼的多个部位进行葫芦素B的含量测定。方法:样品以50%甲醇超声提取,采用HPLC-UV测定,ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(70∶30),流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长230 nm,柱温30℃。结果:栝楼的雄根、雌根、茎、叶、幼果、未成熟果实、成熟果实、未成熟果瓤、成熟果瓤、种子、雄花、果柄、未成熟果皮、成熟果皮等部位分别进行了葫芦素B的测定。栝楼各部位中葫芦素B的含量从0到0.231 3 mg·g-1,均未检测到葫芦素E。结论:栝楼各部位中葫芦素B的含量高低不等,除一株三年生雌株栝楼粗大的根中含量高达0.231 3 mg·g-1外,大部分都低于0.09 mg·g-1,含量的高低与栝楼的部位、生长年限等因素有关。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of cucurbitacin B in many parts of Tara floor. Methods: The sample was extracted with 50% methanol by HPLC. The mobile phase was methanol-water (70:30), the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 on ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, Wavelength 230 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The male root, female root, stem, leaf, young fruit, immature fruit, mature fruit, immature fruit, mature fruit, seed, male flower, stalk, immature peel, Cucurbitacin B was measured. The content of cucurbitacin B in all parts of the tower was 0 to 0.231 3 mg · g-1, and no cucurbitacin E was detected. CONCLUSION: The content of cucurbitacin B in various parts of Tailou varies from 0.2 to 13 mg · g-1 in most of the roots of the three-year-old female, except for 0.09 mg · g- 1, the level of content and the site of the building, the growth of life and other factors.
