高校图书馆在开展了物业管理、安保系统、图书编目、数据回溯、盘库、书目加工等岗位社会化形式后,流通业务岗位社会化因其在降低成本、缓解内部矛盾、简化管理、提高工作效率与服务质量和快速解放人力资源等多方面的优点,成为现阶段高校图书馆岗位社会化的重要方法之一。文章通过对首都师范大学图书馆部分流通业务岗位社会化实例研究,探讨流通业务岗位社会化过程中存在的问题及应对办法,藉此为今后需要开展此项服务的高校图书馆提供参考。
After carrying out the socialized forms such as property management, security system, book cataloging, data backtracking, inventory library and bibliographic processing, the socialization of circulation posts in colleges and universities has made it more and more important for universities to reduce their costs, ease internal conflicts, simplify management and improve their work Efficiency and quality of service and the rapid liberation of human resources and many other advantages, has become one of the important ways of socialization of college library posts at this stage. Through the research on the socialization of some circulation posts in Capital Normal University Library, this paper discusses the problems existing in the socialization of circulation posts and the corresponding solutions, and provides a reference for the university libraries that need to carry out this service in the future.
