我厂是个百年老厂,现有职工10876人,有71个车间(处室)工会、931个工会小组。几年来我们始终把信息工作作为工会工作的一项重要内容来抓,有效地推动了工会工作整体水平的提高,我厂工会连续多年被唐山市总工会评为先进单位,厂工会的信息工作也多次受到总公司工委好评。 我们的主要做法是: 一、坚持“三个到位”,加强信息基础管理 社会主义市场经济体制的建立,对工会信息工作赋予了更加深刻的内涵,也提出了更高的要求。实践中,我们注重加强信息基础管理,坚持做到了思想、组织、制度三到位。
