随着云南电网的迅猛发展,断面稳定输送功率越限问题日益突出。传统的自动发电控制(AGC)在安排机组出力时只考虑机组的调节能力,未考虑整个系统的安全约束,在控制中易引起稳定断面的越限。文中提出将AGC与安全约束调度、灵敏度分析、超短期负荷预报有机结合,在AGC中实现稳定断面有功传输功率的控制,从而构成安全稳定闭环控制系统。在云南电网的实际工程应用表明,该方法可以有效地将稳定断面有功功率控制在允许范围内,保证电力系统的安全稳定运行。
With the rapid development of Yunnan power grid, cross-sectional stable transmission power overcapacity problems have become increasingly prominent. The traditional automatic generation control (AGC) only considers the regulation ability of the unit when it arranges the output of the unit, and does not consider the safety constraint of the entire system, and easily leads to the limit of the stable section in the control. In this paper, AGC is combined with safety constraint scheduling, sensitivity analysis and ultra-short-term load forecasting to realize the control of active transmission power of stable cross-section in AGC to form a safe and stable closed-loop control system. The practical engineering application in Yunnan Power Grid shows that the method can effectively control the active power in the stable section within the allowable range and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
