第一絛:为了正確处理勞资关係,解决勞资爭议,应由各行各业勞资双方所组織之团體,根據平等自愿协商原則,簽訂集体合同,明確規定勞資雙方之權利義务及勞動條件,以發揮職工勞动熱忱与资方對生產经營之積極性,实現“發展生產,勞资两利”之目的。第二条:各行各業之勞资集體合同,係以規定劳动关系为目的之一定時间的书面合同,其主要內容应包括下列各項: (一)僱傭舆解僱手續。
