本文对大型水轮发电机稳态负序能力试验方法的规律和特点进行了探讨。结合在一台250MW 水轮发电机上进行的稳态负序能力试验。介绍了转子测温元件埋设、信号屏蔽保护以及无触点转子测温系统等技术问题及其解决措施。分析确定了该机的稳态负序能力,为机组安全运行提供了依据。这也是迄今为止国内成功进行的最大容量的水轮发电机负序能力试验。
This paper discusses the law and characteristics of the steady-state negative sequence capability test method of large hydroelectric generators. Combined with a steady-state negative sequence capability test on a 250MW turbine generator. The technical problems of rotor temperature measurement device embedding, signal shielding protection and non-contact rotor temperature measurement system are introduced. The steady-state negative sequence capability of the aircraft is analyzed and analyzed, which provides the basis for the safe operation of the unit. This is by far the most successful hydro-generator negative sequence capability test in China.
