目的对某新建商场的集中空调通风系统进行竣工验收卫生学调查,评价分析其卫生状况,以预防和控制其可能出现的健康危害因素。方法依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生学评价规范》(WS/T 395-2012)、《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(WS 394-2012)等相关标准规范,采用查看设计图、现场调查、现场采样检测、风险评估和查表分析法等方法对该商场的集中空调通风系统进行调查、分析和评价。结果检测的各卫生项目中,该商场集中空调通风系统风管送风有1个采样点的细菌总数和3个采样点的真菌总数不符合卫生规范要求,其余检测项目均符合卫生规范要求;空调系统布局基本合理,但存在新风口设置在空调机房内;部分空气处理机组过滤网破损;风管均未设置清洗、检查预留口;个别机房卫生不干净等现象。结论该商场的集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染和卫生隐患,应加强管理,需控制空调通风系统有害因素后方可运行使用。
Objective To investigate the hygienic condition of air conditioning and ventilation system of a newly built shopping mall, evaluate and analyze its hygienic condition, and prevent and control its potential health hazards. Methods Based on the standards of Hygienic evaluation of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places (WS / T 395-2012) and the hygiene standards of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places (WS 394-2012) Surveys, on-site sampling and testing, risk assessment and look-up table analysis and other methods of centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system of the shopping mall survey, analysis and evaluation. Results Among the health items tested, the total number of bacteria with 1 sampling point and 3 kinds of fungi in the shopping center ventilation air duct did not meet the hygiene requirements, and the rest of the test items met the hygiene requirements. Air conditioners The system layout is basically reasonable, but there is a new air outlet set in the air-conditioned room; some air handling unit filter damage; duct are not set cleaning, check the reservation; individual room hygiene is not clean and so on. Conclusion The centralized air conditioning and ventilation system of the shopping mall has a certain degree of pollution and health risks, should be strengthened management, the need to control the harmful factors of air conditioning and ventilation system before operation.
